locate any breed of livestock, semen or embryos to meet the specific requirements of the
importer. Genetics are available from some of the top ranches in the country and
range from commercial quality to elite, show animals, depending upon the needs and budget
of the buyer.

buyer and/or his inspectors during the physical inspection of animals to be selected for
purchase.

| Represents both the buyer and seller in negotiating final sales prices, terms and
conditions of purchase and prepares contracts covering the agreed terms.

| Assists the buyer and/or his customs broker during the import application
process. When necessary, works directly with the U.S. Embassy, foreign government
and/or breed associations to resolve issues regarding documentation, genetic and health
requirements.

| Advises buyers on various U.S. government financial
programs that might be applicable to his importation; assists the buyer in
communicating the regulations and procedures to his local foreign banks; works closely
with U.S. banks and government organizations in preparing the extensive documentation
required at time of shipment and meeting the governments reporting requirements.

| Provides after-sale consulting services to the buyer to resolve any health,
breeding, nutritional or herd management concerns.
