American Genetics International is
structured to provide services to both buyers and sellers of all breeds of livestock,
semen and embryos with an overall focus on promoting U.S. livestock genetics.
When American Genetics is involved in bringing the buyer and seller together and
assists during the selection process, all export processing services at no charge to
either the buyer or seller.
When the seller requests American Genetics' assistance in exporting their
animals to a specific buyer who has already confirmed the sale, a nominal management fee
is charged to cover overhead expenses and coordination services.
